We're pleased to offer the following services at your local Gibsonia Veterinary Clinic:
When scheduling your pet's appointment we use a computerized program which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and medical team work hand in hand to try to accommodate all requests and answer all questions to the best of their ability to ensure you and your pet have a successful and happy visit.
We do accept emergencies anytime during normal business hours. Our team will work with you to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen. When possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on how best to handle your particular emergency.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week during our normal hours of operation.
Our team consists of at least one veterinarian and multiple technicians and receptionists. We are equipped to handle most minor emergencies right here on site. These can range from things such a poisoning, bee sting or insect bite, chocolate toxicity and more. For emergencies that require more intensive treatment (i.e. a broken leg, internal bleeding, cardiac or respiratory distress) after being stabilized you and your pet may be referred to an emergency hospital with 24 hours care such as PVS-EC located on Camp Horne Road or AVETS located in Monroeville.
