It depends on the use of adjustments to the spine and other joints of the body. The adjustments are gentle and are done to restore the function of the joints and nervous system.
The philosophy of chiropractic is based on the idea that the body’s functions are under the control of the nervous system and that the body is self-healing. Dr. Shannon has been a practicing chiropractor in the North Hills for 14 years. She is now certified through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association to see animal patients. Dr. Shannon decided to become an animal chiropractor after she saw the good results she got when she took her dogs to be adjusted.
She’s excited to work with Dr. Katti and the staff at BelaCoop. Appointments will be available on Fridays or Saturdays and can be scheduled at the front desk.
